Manor Farm House Refurbishment

The London Borough of Hillingdon (hereinafter referred to as LBH or the council) wish to carry out rainwater good alterations and external decoration and associated repairs to the Listed building known as Manor Farm House, as identified and recorded in the Schedule of Works Outline Specification (enclosed in this Pre-construction Information Pack).

The works are to undertake rainwater goods replacement with a deeper and wider section cast iron alternative gutter, renewal of flashing detail between the addition and main farm house. Minor roof tile repair or replacement to match existing and external decoration to pre painted surfaces.

External Guttering refurbishment, roof repairs and external fabric repair and decoration to the Listed Manor Farm House Museum. External decoration to windows,doors, masonry. New Flashing detail Roof repairs

The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 12 weeks on site in one phase.
