description
This notice publicises the award of a contract for a Health and Homelesseness Coordination Project (HHCP) to improve access to health services and decrease health inequalities for individuals in supported housing projects and rough sleepers. This contract forms an important part of the Department's Rough Sleeping Strategy and contributes to the overall target of reducing the number of rough sleepers to as close to zero as possible. The rough sleeping strategy has a focus on prevention and early intervention to help those new to the streets off the streets quickly through a range of routes, and to support move-on into sustainable accommodation options.
