Health & Safety Training

Bolsover District Council and North East Derbyshire District Councils wish to jointly procure a suite of Health & Safety training courses. These will be delivered across three years on a 1+1+1 basis.

Training will be issued and delivered across 13 'lots' comprising the following:

1. Accident Investigation
2. Asbestos - Category A, Category B, Category B Refresher and Asbestos Duty Holder Responsibilities
3. COSHH Risk Assessment
4. Fire Warden Responsibilities and Duties
5. First Aid - Full course (3 days), Refresher (2 days), Emergency First Aid (1 day)
6. IOSH Managing Safely
7. IOSH Managing Safely refresher
8. IOSH for Executives & Directors refresher
9. Ladder & Stepladder use and inspection
10. Legionella Awareness and Duty Holder Responsibilities
11. Lone Working Awareness
12. Manual Handling - Job Specific
13. Sharps Awareness
