Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) were seeking to award a Contract to a sole Supplier for the Provision of IBM Cognos Disclosure Management Licences.
The requirement is for a three (3) year term commencing 19th October 2017 until 18th October 2020 and is for 150 licences and support. The support element of the Contract is to be invoiced on an annual basis.
