Essex Library Services wish to create a 4 year framework which will consist of 2 Lots.
Lot 1 Supply and Delivery of Large Print Books for Adults and Children.
Lot 2 Supply and Delivery of Spoken Word on CD for Adults and Children.
Potential bidders may submit their proposal for one or more Lots.
The resulting framework agreement will contain multiple suppliers.
