description
The Council requires an ICT support service for the Council’s ICT infrastructure dealing with complex issues that the in house ICT Service struggle with. We also require consultancy for future technologies, projects, security and Public Sector Network compliance or any replacement compliance within the term of this contract.
It is essential the Council keeps up to date with all elements of the ICT infrastructure for compliance and security reasons.
The contract will be for a period of 36 months with an optional extension of
- months at the Councils Discretion.
The process is being run through YorTender with the deadline for submissions being 12 noon Friday 22nd July 2016.
