The University of Nottingham wishes to select a framework of two suppliers to provide the supply and installation of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment.

Key Objectives:

Ensure Value for Money throughout the lifetime of the Agreement
Improve system functionality, reliability and standardise the service across all sites
Reduce University involvement through effective supplier project management
Minimise the environmental impact of the refurbishment activities

Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Contracting Authority's e-Tendering Site. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the e-Tendering Site.
