Beers, Wines, Spirits & Soft Drinks

Bury Council is seeking to appoint a suitable organisation(s) to supply and deliver a range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks to the following establishments:

• Elizabethan Suite, Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 0SW
• Longfield Suite, Longfield Centre, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 5AY
• Ramsbottom Civic Hall, Market Chambers, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 9AJ

Successful tenderers will allow due access to their premises to any authorised representative of the council. The successful tenderer(s) will be able to demonstrate that they can:

• Ideally provide a complete one stop service which supplies beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks
• Provide a service that can be tailored to meet our requirements
• Offer a streamlined administration process
• Offer a fast response to orders placed with them and ensure that agreed delivery timescales are met
• Offer a responsive after sales service.

The contract is for the period 1st June 2017 to 31st May 2020, with an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months.
