The Council wishes to procure a stop smoking service that will reduce the number of smokers within the borough of Walsall, by providing evidence-based treatment and behavioural support to smokers making quit attempts. The successful delivery of the service will reduce levels of smoking-related illness, disability, premature death, and health inequality
