Urgent repair works to prevent further decay of the building fabric and structure included but not limited to the following:
| • | Roof repairs including re-roofing |
| • | Masonry repairs including repointing and creating shed off pathways |
| • | Treatment or removal of embedded steelwork |
| • | Treatment, repair and redecoration of timber elements |
| • | Treatment and repair of embedded metalwork and fixings |
| • | Vegetation removal |
| • | Treatment of render to headgear columns |
| • | Improvement of internal ventilation |
| • | Replacement of existing fan heaters |
| • | General servicing of equipment |
| • | Re-lamp existing light fittings |
| • | Upgrade emergency lighting to comply with current regulations |
