Works and Services related to the relocation of the Authority's Fleet Workshops and Logistics function mainly consisting, subject to planning consent, of the construction of new facilities at the Authority's Headquarters site at Kelvedon in Essex. This notice does not form a call for competition;it is being issued to increase the transparency of the Authority's proposals and to advise potential providers of where they can gain access to full details of the Authority's strategy for managing the work streams and tender opportunities that will arise from that strategy.
