Knowsley Industrial Park (KIP): Access & Connectivity Improvements

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is inviting pre-qualification responses for a contract to provide a highway construction scheme with an estimated contract value of approximately £2m. The contract will be for the construction works only, with the full design being carried out by the Council. The contract is programmed to commence on site in late summer 2015. The scheme will involve the remodelling of 3 large junctions and 1 minor junction with significant traffic and network management issues.
