RUG-RT1415011 Framework of Consultants to support feasibility and Concept stages for Rugby Borough Council New Build Projects

Rugby Borough Council is looking to engage a framework of consultants, to help us shape and inform business cases for potential residential and commercial development.

This work will primarily help to inform the feasibility and concept stage of project delivery.

There will be two lots within the framework:

•Lot 1 - Architectural services – covering RIBA Plan of Work 2013 stages 0-2 (including preliminary cost information). Three suppliers are required to provide these services.

•Lot 2 - Identification of statutory undertakings and easements. Three suppliers are required to provide these services.

It is recognised that organisations may want to provide services in respect of both Lots.

It is a requirement that all services provided:

•Are to be compliant with the prevailing industry standards and codes of practice for each discipline

•Are to be carried out by suitably qualified and professional personnel

•Are to be to a reasonable standard to be expected of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor, within the constraints set by the client
