QU154 - Provision of consultancy to GBSLEP to develop and write a Cultural Development Fund Bid to Arts Council England and DCMS

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the 'Provision of consultancy to GBSLEP to develop and write a Cultural Development Fund (CDF) Bid to Arts Council England and the Department of Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS)'.

This contract will be for a period of 6 weeks commencing 7/09/18 until 19/10/18.

The work required is to provide consultancy to develop and then write a CDF bid submission

Two price options are sought - for each of the bid geography options as outlined:

• oPrice Option 1: For a cross-regional bid that includes GBSLEP, the Black Country LEP geography and potentially (but less likely) the Coventry and Warwickshire LEP geography.

• oPrice Option 2: For a bid that covers partners and projects from GBSLEP geography only.
