Quotation for Adults' Social Care Training Programme - Producing Reports

As part of our learning and development strategy to support employees in our adult social work teams we require a provider who will tender to deliver report writing training to our staff. This training should give staff the confidence and skills to produce and present reports in formal and legal settings such as Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT), Coroners Court, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity provisions.

As such, the Council would like the provider to deliver a bespoke tailored programme of training to employees over a three-month period commencing January 2019. The training will be a one-day programme requiring approximately six (6) sessions covering the following areas: -

• The legal framework and its purpose for producing a range of statutory reports for Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT), Coroners Court, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity provisions.

• How to produce and present reports which stand the test of legal scrutiny and are credible in formal/legal settings.
