Gloucestershire County Council are looking for a contractor to develop and provide a telephone and web based workplace Employee Assistance Programme (?EAP?) which will be made available to all Eligible Users that is designed to assist productivity and attendance issues within the workplace, and support employees to identify and resolve personal concerns that may affect job performance. These issues might include health, relationship, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress, or other personal issues.
There is also scope within the contract to quote for the provision of additional services on an ad hoc basis where agreed with the employer, such as face to face counselling or critical incident care.
