NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 March 2016 for the following reason: This Tender process has been withdrawn as we did not have enough tenders within the budget and some of the essential criteria were not correct. This opportunity will be re-tendered in due course.This tender is divided into two lots – Lot 1 Risk Register and Compliance System; and Lot 2 Incident Reporting, Complaints, Claims and Information Governance Request Management System.
