description
Brief Description: DWP, as the lead contracting authority for the Synergy Programme, is looking to appoint a Benefits Partner to provide advice and support in developing the Benefits Case for the Programme, through greater consideration of opportunities presented at the level 5 maturity of Global Business Services Maturity.
The Programme will need to continue to validate its FBC (Full Business Case) position on affordability and VFM (Value for Money) and the opportunity to deliver the expected costs savings and benefits in both the Shared Services.
Strategy for Government and the economic case. It is vital that the Synergy Programme works with an experienced Benefits Partner who can provide thought leadership, real market experience and case study examples to fully exploit the Benefits that can be delivered from a level 5 global business services maturity perspective maximising the use of the process optimisation, underpinning technology, the future services delivery model, and user work practice efficiencies.
The Synergy Programme also wishes to identify, continue to validate, and enhance existing and any additional benefits that have been realised in the benefits work to date by bringing in specialist experience and advice so that these materialise to a structured plan.
