Wiltshire Council is seeking suitably qualified consultants to deliver a report that identifies a clear and robust business structure to successfully deliver and operate of the new Science and Innovation Park at the Porton Science Campus in Wiltshire. The report must be specific and unambiguous in its recommendations; it will inform effective decision making by the executive bodies of the Porton Task Group partner organisations.
