Behaviour Change Consultancy - Market Engagement Online Event

Further to the Prior Information Notice/Early Market Engagement published in December 2023, Essex County Council is currently looking to procure a Behaviour Change Consultancy to assist the Authority to effectively develop options for reducing household waste and increasing recycling.

ECC is seeking the appointed behaviour change consultancy to produce an Outline Solution Report that details the behavioural motivations of communities and individuals towards waste management and resource consumption and identifies a range of opportunities and effective and measurable behavioural interventions for reducing household waste and increasing recycling. The interventions are required to deliver net savings and/or cost avoidance and will inform the future design of services and interventions.
