GB-Glasgow: Hillington Office Refurbishment Works

Refurbishment work.

The project comprises the refurbishment and fit out of an existing office building at 11 Carnegie Road, Hillington, Glasgow. Works will include, but are not limited to, the stripping out of existing finishes and services. All to be replaced with new, including the formation of a high spec office floor space within existing main hall area and a new data centre formed on first floor mezzanine. Alterations to superstructure shall be made to incorporate new lift shaft, additional structural steelwork and sections of curtain walling. External works will be required in the form of new sub mains cable, relocation of and new plant installations along with external furnishings and hard landscaping.
