Roads and Pavements 2016

A 4 year Framework Agreement, with a single operator to undertake the new installations, repair and maintenance of roads and pavements throughout the University campus, including minor groundworks and line marking. Contractors must be capable of responding to works ranging between £1000 and £30,000, with the majority of works being in the lower end of this range. The average order value last financial year was approximately £6500. Contractors will be required to respond promptly to works of all values within the scope of this contract as and when required, with equal priority.

Additional information: The minimum value of £300,000 given in this notice is an approximate anticipated value of the Framework, over 4 years.

The anticipated start date of the Framework is 1st February 2017, however, the Framework will start upon award of the tender.
