description
WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced organisations to undertake valuations of its tenanted properties for the purposes of the VRTB.
We are setting up a framework agreement of a minimum of 4 organisations to provide property valuation to tenants wishing to purchase their home through the VRTB. Under the rules of the scheme we need to provide tenants with access to approved organisations qualified to carry out such valuations in accordance with RICS best practice. Payment of each valuation will be met by WM Housing Group. This tender exercise will determine at least 4 organisations to make up a framework of suppliers from which each tenant applying will chose 1 supplier from the framework to complete the valuation on their home.
