Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking consultants to work on the expansion of the current maternity unit located at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. The current unit is situated on the North West elevation of the site and the proposed extension is to be located over the existing road/parking area as highlighted on the attached plan. (Approximate area of 400m2, Value £2.2m).
Consultants required include Architect (Appointed Principal Designer under CDM 2015) , Mechanical & Electrical designers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyor and BREEAM assessor. Any organisation that is capable of offering all services are also invited to tender.
