Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the provision of a series of synced film assets for use in the new Rebellion Gallery The client requires the production of a series of film assets to be used across the new Rebellion Gallery - • 1 x Rebellion Gallery Introductory Film 90 second video presented as a large-scale projection. It will briefly introduce the overarching theme of the exhibition - three rebellious events in Nottingham's history where its citizens revolted against injustice and the abuse of power • 3 x Pairs of Rebellion Films telling stories of key moments of revolt in Nottingham's history Consisting of 3 x Animated Films and 3 x Live Action Narrator Films that run alongside in sync - See brief for more details on proposed implementation • 1 x Virtual Mob Film 1-minute film that 'takes over' the other Rebellion Gallery screens at key points in the film cycle - featuring an animated mob of Nottinghamshire rebels from the three Rebellion films above and other famous protests up to and including the present day. • Interlude/Countdown assets For use on unused screens between screenings of the story films - holding some form of visual interest for the audience whilst counting down to the start of the next showing of the film For each of the films, the scope of this contract includes: • Pre-production development, scripting and storyboarding • Opportunities for client input on the above • Full production and post-production work • Delivery of final high res graded assets in appropriate formats • Advice on implementation • Assistance with implementation - including ensuring syncing works seamlessly • Handover documentation • 6-month warranty support for video content from the opening of the new exhibition - estimated to be late 2020.
