Provision of supported living service for adults with autism and a significant learning disability. The service shall be provided 24 hours a day to six young adults who live in a dedicated establishment in Wolverhampton with Bromford Housing Group as the housing provider. The service users shall be supported to lead active and valued lives in their communities.
