description
London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) would like to invite bidders to tender for a fully managed vending service for six LBTH administration buildings - other venues may be added in addition to these sites. The vending service must include hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and confectionary.
Vending For Hot Drinks
LBTH require high quality, reliable machines that dispense bean to cup coffee, such as cappuccino, latte, mocha, espresso together with hot chocolate and Fair Trade instant coffees, teas & herbal drinks, preferably in 12oz cups. The milk product used should be of high quality and 100% skimmed milk powder for a virtually fat free additive, which is full in flavour, improves the taste of tea and is totally free of hydrogenated vegetable oils.
Vending For Cold Drinks
A wide range of cold drinks including a variety of carbonated types, energy drinks, fruit juices, low sugar drinks and bottled water.
Vending For Confectionary
LBTH require a wide variety of leading brand snacks and confectionary and a range of cereal bars and low sugar snacks in order to promote and encourage healthier eating practices within its workforce.
All contractors taking an interest should undertake site visits to establish a suitable proposal.
