Chelmsford City Council and Chelmsford Hockey Club (the joint employer) invites tenders for the refurbishment of a Water Based Hockey Pitch and an Artificial Grass Pitch at Chelmer Park, Beehive Lane, Chelmsford, Essex.
This joint procurement is being led by Chelmsford City Council on behalf of both organisations.
