description

The objective of the AOS-PA, a priority DIO initiative, is to improve the whole life management of this critical asset class. Legacy issues in the planning, procurement, and delivery of AOS works have driven the need to establish an AOS Commercial Model that will enable efficient and effective end-to-end outcomes of capital and refurbishment airfield investments for Defence Aerodromes pan the UK estate.

The AOS-PA FAC requirement is being procured to appoint two (2) core supply chain partners ("Alliance Members") of equal standing to deliver the DIO AOS pipeline of programme of works over the next 5 years.
