This RFQ has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) to provide a replacement floor in a specific clinic room within a Trust building, namely St Marys House.
The scope of work consists of the removal and subsequent replacement of base units, worktop, pipe boxing, access panels and radiator, levelling of existing uneven sub floor and renewal of floor covering.
