Northumberland County Council (NCC) is inviting organisations to become a partner of the Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Bridge project in its capacity as LAB for the partnership project managed by VoiCeS Northumberland. The purpose is to achieve an even stronger and more effective partnership for Northumberland, providing a wider range of services and reaching a larger number of residents who are furthest from the labour market.
