Project no. 1421 – Plant Works (Replacement of Boilers and related works) at Beecroft Art Gallery, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to provide and install boiler, pumps and ventilation replacement with additional heating circuit and new building management system at the Beecroft Art Gallery, Southend on Sea. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractors Design. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. Please submit your request to tender no later than 12 noon on 19th October 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be available on our ETF on the 31st October 2016 with a return date of 6th December 2016 The proposed commencement date of this project is 13th January 2017 and we anticipate a 22 week programme of works.
