description
LMH are looking to commission summer camps, these summer camps will be run during the school holiday camps as a way of easing the financial burden on our customers when it comes to providing activities for their children during the holidays. LMH want to help families who are struggling financially so they don't go into further hardship during the school holidays.A range of activities are required to develop skills such as commitment, lifelong learning and respectful engagement among tenants' children aged between 5 and 14, a healthy lunch is also provided to the children all at no cost.If children are occupied in a safe place where they are kept from becoming bored they will want to keep attending, therefore, taking away those that would normally hang around the streets where they live reducing the temptation to become involved in anti social behaviour or becoming a nuisance to other residents The successful supplier will be appointed using the following criteria:60% Quality (Made up of Supplier Responses to Method Statement Questions)40% Price The deadline for submissions will be 12:00Noon, Friday 17th April 2015 You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted LMH Procurement and there is a valid reason For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final Submit button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. LIVERPOOL MUTUAL HOMES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
