Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract with a single organisation for the provision of the following statutory advocacy services:
Independent Heath Complaints Advocacy (IHCA)
Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) – including Paid Representatives service Independent Social Care Advocacy (ISCA)
