Request for Information - Market Engagement Digital expenditure collection tool PU-23-0115

The Office for National Statistics (ONS), the Customer, is the UK's largest independent producer of official

statistics and is the recognised National Statistical Institute (NSI) for the UK.

The Customer is undertaking market engagement to understand options for implementation of a respondent facing digital tool to collate details on regular expenditure which will feed into the Living Costs and Food survey (LCF).

This market engagement will be used to support ONS in developing its Statement of Requirements (SOR). Initial considerations have included the need for either a COTS product or a custom-built product for ONS, therefore suppliers are invited to provide a response that are suppliers on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 framework lot 1 and G-Cloud-12.

The procurement route will be decided upon finalisation of the SOR and the customer will subsequently follow the framework procedures inline with PCR2015.
