Additional information: Northumberland County Council wishes to create a design and build design consultancy framework to supplement the in-house team in the delivery of a design and project management function for the property related capital programme. The consultancy will include architecture, services engineering, structural engineering, quantity and buildling surveying, environmental design, CDM co-ordination, ecology amd clerk of works functions. The Frameowrk will cover requirements of Public Bodies for Design and Consultancy Services throughout the North East of England and Cumbria.
