SpBC - Construction of Single Storey Front Extension, Fordbridge Day Centre, 91 Clarendon Road, Ashford TW15 2QA

Runnymede Borough Council (RBC) ('the Authority") on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council invites tenders for works to undertake construction of single storey front extension to existing building and remodelling to entrance lobby.to the north-east of the existing day room. The new entrance seeks to give users more protection from the elements and to be fully accessible, with automated glazed doors. This lobby will create a wider space for visitors to access the building easily. The proposed new Day room extension will provide additional social space for visitors and link the centre hall via a new folding/ sliding partitions. It will also maintain access to external landscaped areas and allow for plenty natural light to come in through the new windows.
