Contract for the Provision of Energy Performance Assessments and Associated Services - AWARD

Alliance Homes is a registered provider of 6120 social homes in the North Somerset area, which includes the towns of Portishead, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon and Nailsea.

Alliance wishes to work with suitably qualified and experienced domestic energy assessors to carry out energy performance surveys and related services to our properties owned and managed by Alliance Homes.

As a supplier you will be required to carryout energy efficiency assessments and produce Energy Performance Certificates(EPCs) to properties that have had energy improvements works, void properties and properties under management on a programmed and ad-hoc basis. No value of works is guaranteed but we anticipate the value to be in the region of £25,000 p.a

Alliance seeks contractors who have a strong track record and of working proactively with clients to support the client’s aims and objectives. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a further two years, awarded annually, subject to an agreed % uplift and delivery of key performance standards at the end of each financial year.
