Host Family Service for 16 - 21 year olds

Additional information: This procurement process is to seek suitably qualified providers that are able to support young people aged 16 to 21 that are at risk of homelessness, with appropriate support and who have access to a safe place to live. The Council is Commissioning a new pathway model which sets out the vision for young people accessing and moving through supported accommodation. The pathway includes a Supported Accommodation service (tendered separately) and the Host Family Service comprises of Supported Lodgings and Nightstop. 'Bidders are invited to submit offers to provide the service which will be provided within volunteer Host family homes. The service must provide sufficient support approximately 20 Supported Lodgings placements and 10 emergency Nightstop placements across Nottinghamshire. The contracts will run from 01 August 2015 for a period 3 years, with an option to extend at the Council's sole discretion for an additional period of up to 12 months and a possible subsequent extension of up to a further 12 months.
