- Core - the aspiration of all communications for Ofgem.
- Substance - what Ofgem is communicating.
- Structure - what Ofgem is publishing (and not publishing) and where.
- Workflow - how content gets from ideation to publication, iteration and end of life.
- Governance - who is responsible and accountable for Ofgem's content.
This work will support Ofgem's digital transformation and allow its users and stakeholders to get the right information.
