Shoreditch Area Action Plan and Scoping and Baseline Report

The Council is seeking consultants or a multi-disciplinary consortium to prepare an Area Action Plan (AAP) for the key growth area of Shoreditch. The AAP will provide a comprehensive planning framework with the objective of managing existing pressures (particularly from residential development) and future growth in a sustainable manner over the next 15 years. They will also be required to produce a scoping and baseline report that will inform the development of the AAP.

Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called ProContract.
