Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest in the market for the provision of a Short-Term Accommodation and Support (STAR) project for 20-22 former rough sleepers at the Escape Surf Lodge in Newquay.
This service is expected to commence as soon as possible subject to Cornwall Council Contract Procedure Rules and to expire 31st March 2024.
This provision required includes:
| - | Housing Management for residents. |
| - | Intensive Housing Management for residents. |
| - | Management of the building. |
| - | Supply, installation and monitoring of CCTV. |
The above services to be delivered on a 24/7 basis.
| - | Housing related support for the residents. |
| - | Management and Support will be face-to-face. |
| - | A swift mobilisation following contract award with all staffing in place. |
| - | The provision of a catering facility at the site that will enable residents to cater for themselves. |
