CORMAC's Consultancy business has a requirement to outsource Civil Engineering Project Management and Client Management functions including works that entail a detailed knowledge of bridge and infrastructure works .

This Term Contract does not constitute an agreement by CORMAC Solutions Ltd for guaranteed hours/work for the contract duration or work at any stage during this agreement. It is anticipated that the time employed will vary but that it will initially be for a period of 16hrs per week for a period of 12 months.

It is intended that the services provided by a single consultant would include but not be limited to:

Drive forward the development and delivery of two priority transport projects:
oLaunceston Pedestrian Bridges (St Thomas and Ridgegrove) and
oBay to Bay walking and cycling scheme (phase 1 between Marazion and Mousehole with priority towards The Promenade and Longrock sections)
