| • | Manage, operate and maintain the existing Siemens Desigo CC and Desigo Insight Building Energy Management Systems. |
| • | Optimise and report building performance / energy savings, and recommendations to realise potential energy savings. |
| • | Provide a secure web site to support the contract. |
| • | Migrate all sites from legacy Desigo Insight to Desigo CC Building Energy Management System. |
| • | Supply and install replacement parts to existing Building Energy Management Systems. |
| • | Perform specified duties in relation to capital and refurbishment project work carried out by others. |
