INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AN ENTERPRISE HUB IN THE TOP OF THE TOWN IN BASINGSTOKE

Basingstoke and Deane is great place to live with 94% of residents stating they are happy with where they live. As a Council we are committed to continuing to provide first class services and facilities while ensuring that future growth is well planned and well managed.

To help us achieve this Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is looking to create an enterprise hub in one of its empty retail properties in the Top of the Town area of Basingstoke's town centre. As part of this process, we are inviting providers to submit proposals highlighting their approach to the running and management of this space.

The Council is looking for something different and innovative to stimulate enterprise creation and growth, meet local needs and build on existing provisions.

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
