Care and Support at Home Spot Provider Framework Market Engagement Event Invitation

As part of the new Care and Support at Home service model, from 1st May 2017 Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will have a regulated framework of spot providers who are suitably experienced and skilled to provide care and support at home. This Framework will effectively be a list of approved providers that have demonstrated that they have the appropriate skills and experience to meet the care and support needs of adults.

In May 2017 Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is re-opening the Spot Provider Framework for Care and Support at Home. Ahead of this we are inviting Providers to a market engagement event to share the service model, answer questions and provide guidance on the tendering process for this opportunity.
