The Tender is to establish a framework for the provision of:

An automated medicines management systems to be implemented primarily in but not restricted to pharmacy stores. The automated dispensing solution must include the input of/storing and dispensing of medicines in various pack sizes and formats, in a high-volume input & output setting. and;

An automated medicines management systems for the safe and secure automated dispensing at the point of care. An Automated Medication Dispensing Cabinet system supports decentralized medication management with various features for safety and efficiency. The system helps accurately dispense medication, while supporting pharmacy workflows.

The duration of the framework will be two (2) years, with the option of extending for up to twenty four (24) months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
