Project Description
Preschool Early Intervention Service for Children with Additional Needs and Disabilities
The service provides children from 0-5 years old with special needs an opportunity to play and develop in an environment designed to educate and stimulate them. In addition they provide information and advice to families whose children attend the setting. One year initial contract with an option to extend on a one plus one year basis. The value is £45,279 per annum. However the successful bidder will be expected to fund raise additional monies to operate the service.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
Contract Period
The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months commencing 1 July 2019 with the option to extend for 2 additional 12 month periods as per the contract terms and conditions.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.
