| i. | Salford City Council is seeking a contractor for the development of a new community bike track in Peel Park, Little Hulton, Salford, M38 0BU |
| ii. | The bike track is being developed in conjunction with Access Sport as part of its Making Trax Programme. |
| iii. | The contractor will be responsible for the design of all elements relating to the pump track. These will include: |
| • | Design of the pump track |
| • | Design of the storage units and green roofs |
| • | Lighting of the track |
| • | Landscaping around the immediate track area |
| • | Drainage solutions |
| • | Signage |
| • | Maintenance |
