description

To engage with young people aged 15-16 that are not in education, employment or training.

Service providers will work with young people, designing and delivering a bespoke and innovative 20 weeks programme that will aim to prevent them from becoming long term NEETs.

A range of timetabled activities will provide the opportunity for young people to acquire essential skills; build their confidence, improve their motivation and help them succeed in the future. They will gain accredited qualifications that will raise their attainment levels for progression to college, training or an apprenticeship. All of the young people will be supported by Connexions Personal Advisers and Mentors and receive monthly reviews and support.
